La Cuisine des Amis sur Annecy

I thoroughly enjoyed the parsley-crusted calf's liver served with baby vegetables and mashed potatoes. The dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. The service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. 😊😊😊

We were welcomed at La Cuisine des Amis when the Brasserie du Theatre a few steps down the street turned us away because they only had numerous available seating for eating and they didn't want to waste that valuable space on us ONLY having a coffee. Thankfully Cuisine des Amis lived up to its name and they were friendly and welcoming and we actually ended up ordering some crêpes and a gauffre as well. The service was a little slow but the staff handled everything efficiently and with a smile and I was in no hurry to get a crêpe immediately. The staff at Brasserie du Theatre down the street is the reason people think French waiters are rude and the ones working at Cuisine des Amis showed them up with less resources and more kindness. Proof that you can get a lot more done with good service than with strict adherence to rules.

This is one of our few favorite spots in Annecy! A diverse menu featuring only fresh products! The owner is a master of sauces in the kitchen, and it's probably the only restaurant to offer a daily special between €13.50 and €15 on weekends and holidays! Customer service is paramount... Thank you to the welcoming and attentive staff! Bravo! 😁
