A superb discovery! La Dariole in Orléans is an intimate and charming place. The dishes are excellent, refined, and flavorful. The service is quick, warm, and very attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. You feel truly at ease there. An address to recommend without hesitation!

We came on Valentine's Day. There was a set menu for that evening, €30 more than the advertised price. It would have been helpful to mention this on the website. The staff is pleasant, the food is good but very traditional. A bit too traditional for a €70 menu.

We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing. We were able to sample the chef's creations and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the first course to dessert. Every dish, including the amuse-bouche, was perfectly balanced in flavor, and we had a wonderful time. Special mention goes to the smoked sea bass, the lamb meatballs, and the brie with tonka bean, which were truly delightful. To top it all off, the welcome and service were also excellent.

In Orléans for the weekend, we tried La Dariole. The setting is very pleasant and welcoming. Modern cuisine, impeccable cooking, surprising and successful flavor combinations. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

12/03/2026: A great time with colleagues, a far cry from the usual steak-frites. A small menu but truly high quality, with a Savoyard fondue and dishes served on a hot stone that were both original and convivial. Courteous service and a warm atmosphere – highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Amazing place, a real throwback to the 80s! The decor and atmosphere are fantastic. The waitress was pleasant, but the starters and main courses arrived at once, leaving no room on the table. Then we waited ages for dessert. The Kinder tiramisu was nothing like a tiramisu. It was thick cream, with no successive layers of soaked cake. The waitress told me she'd pass my comment on to the chef... nothing more. The hamburger was delicious: the bun, the flavorful beef cooked as requested, and the Saint-Nectaire cheese was gooey and delicious 😋 but it lacked red onions and pickles. As for the deviled eggs, they had neither the texture, the presentation, nor the taste of deviled eggs. In conclusion: yes for the concept and decor / no for the brunch. What a shame 🤔
