I just had dinner at this place, it was amazing! The wine, L'Impromptu, was excellent, the truffade was delicious, and the Salers beef was great. I highly recommend it.

Passing through Salers in the Cantal region, we stopped at La Diligence. A real treat! The truffade and Salers beef were generous and delicious, all at a reasonable price. Quick service and a top-notch welcome thanks to a smiling and attentive waiter. Go for it!

Good quality local cuisine, around 30 euros per person including aperitif, main course, dessert, and wine. The staff is attentive and explains the dishes well. A rather cozy place.
The Salers beef was excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here, the burger was delicious and the service was spectacular. We liked our burger so much we came back the next day for lunch and had the bourriol. They were extremely busy for lunch but we were able to get a seat, service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.
