The sheer pleasure of this meal lay in the creation of a dish prepared by a team dedicated to bringing out the flavors of the ingredients, down to the smallest detail of quality and cooking! The passionate and attentive chef, equally at ease with his team and the guests, was a delight to interact with. This meal was a truly special experience that we highly recommend.

Finally, we've returned to Dînée du Viguier! Having not been back for a while, I decided to try the new menu… and what a pleasant surprise! We found the cuisine perfectly suited to this exceptional setting. Everything was perfect from start to finish: attentive and professional service, dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, a great deal of originality in the flavor combinations, and impeccable presentation. Today, I would unhesitatingly place this restaurant at the level of a very good gastronomic establishment, a category that Figeac is lacking. A Bib Gourmand would even be perfectly conceivable. Reasonable prices considering the quality offered, a great deal of imagination in the kitchen, and an excellent balance between creativity and pleasure. Simply the right compromise.

An exceptional experience at La Dînée du Viguier in Figeac on June 14th with my husband. From appetizer to dessert, each dish was a true work of art. The quality of the food was remarkable, with perfectly showcased ingredients and exquisitely refined flavors. The originality of the dishes was a delightful surprise with every bite: the combinations were bold, expertly executed, and offered a true explosion of flavors. The service was equally impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm, it fully contributed to making this meal an exceptional experience. The passion and expertise were evident both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A must-visit for food lovers seeking a memorable culinary experience. We will gladly return. Excellent meal for seven people. Six set menus: rack of lamb and ratatouille, strawberry-style dessert, one scallop, and one ratatouille (stuffed zucchini style) from the à la carte menu. Set menus at €23. Accompanied by a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru at €40. We loved the atmosphere of the Mercure, a very beautiful interior, magnificent gardens, and the friendly service provided by two trainees.
