01/09/2026: Superb little restaurant with a wide range of sushi and Japanese dishes. Quality was excellent, portion sizes more than ample and very good prices; lunchtime sushi menu's at €11. I had their "Lot of"...a dozen or so Sushi selection at €19 preceded by soup with salad. My wife a rice Donburi bowl. Service was first class too; lovely people. Definitely visit again if we're in town. Thanks for a lovely lunch!!

08/08/2026: Delicious food. A room with Gothic vaults that inspires serenity while two chefs in black and white work their magic in the kitchen. A small wine list, but some amazing and affordable finds. As for the service, the owner herself takes care of it with kindness and efficiency. A great time!

25/08/2026: A French specialty restaurant just the way we like them. Quality dishes in a beautiful setting; we dined inside in front of the large stone fireplace. The waiter was lovely and very efficient. Authentic French cuisine at reasonable prices.

05/08/2026: The welcome was friendly, and the wait time very reasonable. Due to its location, it might not be the best place to eat in. But it's very (very) good and affordable, and that's probably the main thing. In short, a "fast food" place like I wish I could find more often.

10/08/2026: This wine bar is ideally located in the heart of Figeac, offering a warm welcome and expert advice on a diverse selection of local wines. Special mention goes to the natural Cahors wine, and I particularly loved "La Belle Angèle," which I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates a refreshing wine. We also sampled a delicious platter of homemade petits fours (with vegetarian and meat options). The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, frequented by both regulars and passersby. The price is very reasonable: €5 for a glass of wine (12cl).

10/06/2026: Passing through on the Camino de Santiago, it was a wonderful moment where wine lovers and connoisseurs alike could enjoy a few glasses in good company with regulars and the very friendly owner. A truly lovely place.

As for the food, everything is excellent: the dishes are varied, prepared with very fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the care that goes into every plate. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations to the new owners on this wonderful revival; we will definitely be back!

04/09/2026: I highly recommend the Sphinx platter, a selection of the best the region has to offer, beautifully presented and prepared, and served with a smile and humor. Thank you to the team! I also want to give a thumbs up for the 100% organic beer from a small brewery; it was truly fantastic. If I return to Figeac, I'll definitely go back to the Sphinx!

01/09/2026: Avoid this place! The waiter gave us a lecture on the poor quality of decaf coffee, even though it's on the menu. What's the point? Doesn't he have decaf in his own establishment? 🤣 And on top of that, you have to go through the kitchen to get to the restrooms! 🤐

21/10/2025: Excellent restaurant with a menu featuring local cuisine. A friendly, welcoming atmosphere without any fuss. The decor isn't particularly fancy, but that's not a problem; we appreciate the simplicity. However, on the downside, the cleaning of the premises was inadequate.
