Lunch with colleagues. I had Welsh rarebit, which was excellent, followed by a brioche French toast, equally delicious. My colleagues tried the Flemish carbonnade and they weren't disappointed. The service was good, and it had that traditional pub atmosphere. It was my first time there, and it won't be my last!

A bit noisy, but what a joy! The fair, almost 50 years old, the welcome, the homemade food, the authenticity—never disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Authentic restaurant, lots of locals. Located on a street with many other restaurants. Cool decor, nice and old-fashioned with simple chairs and lots of old advertising signs on the wall. Ordered a delicious beef stew. Delicious meat and great fries. Dessert was a fantastic French toast with a scoop of ice cream. Highly recommended. Ido Verheijen. Holland

Our mission: to eat a delicious traditional dish from the north in 30 minutes. Mission accomplished with flying colors in a great atmosphere with very friendly staff. Thanks again, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and were on time for our escape game.

29/03/2026: Category: Traditional Restaurant / Bistro While staying in Lille and wanting to discover the region's specialties, we booked a table at La Petite Table, a traditional bistro. We naturally tried the Welsh rarebit, a Flemish carbonnade, and a chicken supreme with Maroilles cheese sauce as a side dish. It was truly original (very generous portions, but the dishes are meant to be reheated :)). Go on an empty stomach, otherwise, it's at your own risk! In any case, if you want to try the main regional dishes, don't hesitate, they have them all. Reservations are essential (especially on weekends)! ​​Otherwise, expect to queue and wait for a table.
