One of the few places in Blois that offered us a menu in Spanish, and Natacha was a delightful young woman with excellent Spanish, even though she says she doesn't speak much. The service was very good, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely.

My wife ordered the daily special (turkey stir-fry), which was excellent. I was a little disappointed by the onion soup, which was a bit too peppery for my taste, but it was still good. The waitress was friendly and the service was quite quick. So, overall, it was good. I'll gladly go back.

Located at the foot of the castle, the staff are attentive and flexible. The meal is simple and good. The service is quick. In short, a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Poivre et Sel

28/05/2026: We stopped in Blois between visiting Loire Valley castles for lunch and were fortunate that our tour guide recommended Poivre et Sel. What a great find. The charming outdoor patio was a perfect lunch setting, and the salads we ordered were absolutely delicious - rich, fresh, and very satisfying, especially paired with an excellent Belgian Trappist beer. Dessert was superb, and honestly, it was the best lunch I had during the entire week. Service was friendly, unpretentious, fast, and flawless. Highly recommended if you happen to be in Blois.
