We stopped in Blois between visiting Loire Valley castles for lunch and were fortunate that our tour guide recommended Poivre et Sel. What a great find. The charming outdoor patio was a perfect lunch setting, and the salads we ordered were absolutely delicious - rich, fresh, and very satisfying, especially paired with an excellent Belgian Trappist beer. Dessert was superb, and honestly, it was the best lunch I had during the entire week. Service was friendly, unpretentious, fast, and flawless. Highly recommended if you happen to be in Blois.

Excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Our group ordered salads, charcuterie boards, burgers, pasta and duck - all were delicious. Would highly recommend.

A delicate and refined menu, excellent flavors, and a very pleasant team! The setting is soothing, and the details are eye-catching throughout the dining room. The dishes are elegant and beautifully presented, in addition to being delicious.
