Hello, I stopped by La Fabrique this morning with my son, who was feeling a bit peckish, and I received a very warm welcome, which is becoming rare these days. There were two other customers sitting inside, and everyone was chatting happily; it was a little oasis of warmth in the middle of an ocean of gloom. A very good first impression. Then I saw the pastry display; everything looked tempting—beautiful, shiny, and voluminous, making my mouth water. I opted for the pain aux raisins, my guilty pleasure… a real treat: crispy, not too creamy or too rich, generously filled with raisins, the perfect balance… and a raspberry croissant caught my eye. I'm not usually a big fan of filled croissants, but this one was so beautiful that I couldn't resist… an explosion of sunshine in my mouth! A generous amount of raspberry coulis inside. As delicious as it was beautiful! In short, as someone who never eats breakfast, I consumed enough calories for at least 10 days, but no regrets, I thoroughly enjoyed it. This bakery is perfect for a sweet treat, with a wide selection, and everything looks homemade. It was delicious. The setting is lovely, with a large covered and air-conditioned terrace. The two young people who work there were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. However, the older woman wasn't very pleasant or welcoming.
