The concept is now well known, and still practical, however there is obviously a loss of quality if we compare with a pizza that has just been made on the go.
Pizza tends to harden very quickly, which is a problem with reheated pizzas.
Cheese also tends to harden quickly, and I don't think it's a good quality base yet.
