I've tried quite a few salad bars, and honestly, you're my favorites :) I order my famous quinoa, salmon, avocado, seeds, chorizo, and Fourme d'Ambert with lemon olive oil at least 2 or 3 times a week for lunch—it's a real treat! It also makes me feel better (well, except for the chorizo, but it's great with the salmon).

Everything is great: the idea, the salads to compose, the quality products, and the super friendly team. An idea to be even more perfect: selective sorting 😉
