The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The ice cream is exceptional, a pure delight!

I'm absolutely not qualified to judge the production methods, but the ice cream was nothing special. At no point did I think the rather high price was justified by the quality of the ice cream. The service was great and the staff very pleasant. The location was lovely. It's just that the taste of the ice cream wasn't anything special; it wasn't worth the 30-minute drive.

Exquisite flavors, originality, and a wide selection in a very pleasant setting. Beautiful flavor creations (citrus, big hug, or Pavlova). I also love trying the mousse flavors. My preference is for sorbets in general. Enjoy without moderation.

My friends and I left. A great experience with a very friendly team. The only downside, unrelated to the team, was the customer next to us who was incredibly rude and unjustifiably criticized everything that was being done. She even told us to give one star because she'd been cut in line in the restroom. If I could, I'd give her six stars. Best of luck and continued success to this fantastic team.

Finally! I've known this establishment for over five years, following two years of great disappointment. I watched a very pleasant place become a bar more akin to a betting shop, where I could no longer bring my children. Then, the bar was replaced by an ice cream parlor with three seats and extremely unpleasant staff. Yesterday, after hearing in the streets of Uzès that there were positive changes underway, I went back, and what a pleasure! A welcoming terrace and friendly, efficient staff. Furthermore, the manager informed me that renovations would be carried out to restore the place to its former glory starting next month. I will return for the reopening to see if the high standards I was told about will be met. If so, I will gladly leave my rating or modify it accordingly. I wish the new team the best of luck, and I would like to add that the products are still of the same high quality and certainly the best in all of Uzès, in my opinion.
