I'm changing my opinion this year; the team is very friendly despite all the problems they encounter with equipment unsuitable for Uzès. I recommend it; the ice cream is excellent.

Delicious ice cream, very friendly service, but far too slow as a result our ice cream arrived partially melted... I saw that it had been sitting on the counter for a while, but they insisted otherwise. What a shame!

We were warmly and politely greeted by a young man who immediately served fresh water to all the tables and then presented the drinks and dessert menu.
Frankly, the basil ice cream was excellent, and I'm so glad I paired it with strawberry. We had no complaints about the service; on the contrary, it was top-notch!

Cocoa sorbet with cocoa nibs and coconut sorbet with fleur de sel for me, and my wife also had passion fruit sorbet and peach and green tea sorbet! Delicious, but the scoops are a bit small for the price—that's the only downside! I highly recommend it!

Amazing ice cream! The gentleman kindly recommended combining the Datte–fleur d’oranger ie date–orange blossom and pistachio flavors, and they paired beautifully. We loved enjoying our ice cream while strolling through the charming streets of Uzès. A wonderful experience!

The credit card machine was blocked. The manager on duty was very aggressive and rude when I offered to pay by check, reminding me that in France two payment methods are legally required. She then suggested Wero, bank transfer, or PayPal because, given the very high price of the ice cream, I didn't have enough cash... A bit put off, the ice cream ended up sticking in my throat...

Many very original flavors. I recommend the basil sorbet, a real treat. Very friendly and welcoming servers. These are the prices you'd expect in Uzès, admittedly a bit pricey, but the enjoyment is definitely there 😋

I highly recommend La Fabrique Givrée. The welcome is fantastic and friendly; you can tell the whole team is passionate about what they do. The advice is personalized to our tastes, and they really take the time to explain the different flavors and house blends.

A fantastic place to treat yourself! The ice cream is excellent, with a wide variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients. The staff, especially Penelope and Lucas, are very welcoming and friendly, and the service is quick, even at the end of the day. I highly recommend it!
