Context: Andouillette Festival 2026, Sunday, 2:20 pm. We had reserved a table at another restaurant in Arras for the occasion. It seemed overwhelmed by the crowd waiting to be seated. So we turned to Beef Place instead. It was a very pleasant surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals (grilled andouillette for my partner and sirloin steak for me). Thank you to Beef Place for their warm welcome. Special mention to the waiter Théo, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great time!

This was my first time at this restaurant, dining with colleagues. We were disappointed. The meat wasn't great. As for the fries, they were supposedly homemade but cooked, recooked, and then reheated, so they were clearly the kind of fries you'd get at a chip shop. For dessert, I ordered a profiterole. It was as hard as a rock. The waiter was unresponsive and unresponsive. We asked twice for bread, and we're still waiting. To top it all off, the owner didn't take criticism at all. I told her the profiterole was overcooked. Inedible. Apparently... there was no reaction from the owner, and no apology. I do not recommend this restaurant.

For someone like me who's a small eater, a restaurant offering this type of menu (meat portions over 170 grams) isn't recommended if I don't want to leave half of it on my plate. However, since I enjoy treating myself to grilled red meat with a green salad from time to time, I spoke with the owner, who was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. She had my portion served in the size I wanted. I enjoyed it, having already tried their carpaccio, which is perfect for summer.

Good meat, good service, but nothing is done to build customer loyalty. A table of 8, a bill over €300, and the owner refused to offer us a digestif – a shame…
