24/01/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional place – a truly delightful experience!
We dined at the Auberge du Pont-du-Château and, as always, it was simply perfect.
There were five of us at the table, and everyone agreed: flawless from start to finish.
A huge congratulations to Rodolphe, the chef, for his remarkable cuisine: each dish is a true work of art, with magnificent presentation, elegant tableware, meticulous attention to detail… and above all, an explosion of flavors with every bite. You can taste the precision, mastery, and generosity of the cuisine, with surprising yet always perfectly balanced combinations.
Thank you also to Christelle and the entire team for the warm welcome and service: professional, friendly, and attentive, without being overbearing, but with just the right touch to make you feel truly at ease. And to top it all off, we had the chance to visit the wine cellar: an absolutely incredible, impressive place that shows just how meticulously everything has been thought out.
Honestly, if you're ever in the area, stop by without hesitation.
It's the kind of place you remember... and return to.

14/11/2025: A bit disappointed. The food is good but nothing exceptional. However, the wines and champagne are not up to par. The Deutz rosé is disappointing, bland at €140... The 2016 Gevrey-Chambertin, past its prime, has no place in a fine dining restaurant's cellar.
The staff and atmosphere are pleasant.
