29/07/2024: The Auberge du Pont d'Acigné in Noyal-sur-Vilaine is more than a quality restaurant, it has become a mecca for French gastronomy which never ceases to wonderfully stimulate our taste buds.
Each plate, with its elegant and refined presentation, is already a painting in itself. In the mouth, we witness an explosion of flavors which blend together magnificently.
Personally, I loved the Vegetable and Herb Tart which I found original and fine... As for the Cod which I then savored, it took me even further into discovery, demandingness and Culinary excellence, like a fireworks display, when you discover the bouquet: Simply GREAT!
My wife was seduced by the eggplant gnocchi and bouchot mussels which she particularly liked, as was the rhubarb press, rich in flavors, which she chose for dessert.
In conclusion, and before asking you the question "When will the Auberge du Pont d'Acigné have a new star in the MICHELIN Guide?", I would like to answer you that with regard to the quality and the requirement implemented to magnify the cuisine of Sylvain GUILLEMOT, immerse yourself, for the time of a meal, in this epicurean ecstasy which is worth the detour because it is the most beautiful tribute that we can pay to this restaurant and to the entire team who are welcoming, smiling and attentive, all served in a superb setting: CONGRATULATIONS to everyone!
29/07/2024: The place is magnificent. We tasted very original dishes on the terrace lulled by the sound of the water.
