18/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was very pleasant, and the cuisine was a delightful discovery, with a wonderful blend of flavors that encouraged us to explore seasonal and local produce.

I had the pleasure of lunching today at the Auberge du Pont d’Acigné, and I leave with a heart full of gratitude.
My appetite was modest this lunchtime, and the team welcomed it with a kindness and understanding that demonstrate a true sense of hospitality, without judgment, without pressure, with a sincere attention to the well-being of the guest. This is rare, and it deserves to be commended.
My delight? I traveled. Chef Sylvain Guillemot's cuisine is an invitation to a sensory journey, a cuisine that speaks, that surprises, that touches. A big thank you to him.
Thank you also to Isabelle, the sommelier, for her insightful advice and her contagious passion.
And a very special mention to our server, a tall, dark-haired man whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, who answered all my questions about the edible plants featured on the plates with remarkable precision and passion. Genuine knowledge shared with generosity—that's precisely what makes the difference.
L'Auberge du Pont d'Acigné is much more than a Michelin-starred restaurant: it's a place where you feel welcomed, understood, and nourished, in the truest sense of the word.
