La Faucado sur La Garde-Freinet

A very cute little restaurant that we would love to come back to. The food tasted very good. We really liked the atmosphere. You should reserve in advance so that you can get a table. Our Bernese Mountain Dog was also greeted with a lot of love.

Lieu caché de la route mais quand on descend les escaliers, on y découvre une jolie terrasse relaxante et ombragée. Tous les plats sont faits maison avec certains revisités avec justesse et talent. Le patron et son équipe sont aux petits soins.

During lunch, we loved the natural trellis under this majestic tree. The welcome and service was dynamic and warm, as was the semi-gastronomic menu, A real treat and an explosion of flavor. A must-see address! Thank you for taking the time to chat with us!

Excellent restaurant at the entrance to La Garde Freinet. We ate very well there, the dishes were homemade, and the servers were very friendly. The setting is also very pleasant. To recommend.

Nous avons été invités à la Faucado. Au cœur du village on ne soupçonne pas l’existence de ce restaurant. On descend quelques marches pour se retrouver dans un jardin ombragé sous des arbres (salle avec cheminée pr l’hiver) où l’on se sent vraiment bien. Le patron et la serveuse étaient très sympathiques et la cuisine vraiment délicieuse. Les plats sont originaux et recherchés. Je me suis régalée avec les ravioles à la langouste notamment et les gambas flambées. En plus les prix ne sont pas abusés. Une super adresse.

I had dinner at Focaudo and it was an excellent experience👍😁. The peach carpaccio was an original and refreshing starter. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The homemade apricot sorbet was a fruity finishing touch. The service was attentive and the live music created a particularly pleasant atmosphere👍

Beautifull place with very nice people. Wonderfull atmosphere and such a good food. Lovely dog welkomed us first when we came in.
