La Ferme des Moines sur Soultz-Haut-Rhin

A real buffet restaurant! We took the formula at 32.90. The quality of the products and dishes are excellent. I made myself a starter, a main course, a cheese and a dessert. I was rolling on the ground at the end but it was good... These are very good traditional dishes that are offered to you. The service is top notch and the setting is very pretty. We will come back next time to have à la carte dishes.

In such an exceptional setting, a shame for the quality of service

good meat (barbecue) but apart from that, nothing exceptional and considering the prices......the service was done outside under arbors and we were surrounded by smokers.....very unpleasant.....too bad because the interior setting looked nice.

All-you-can-eat buffet or a la carte dish. Good experience. Picturesque place. I will definitely go back there.

A very beautiful medieval-style room, which opens onto another more recent and undecorated room (giving the impression of being relegated to the annex). Both rooms unfortunately very noisy. Around the first room there are small niches with animated puppets which, in the middle of the meal, allow a small historical interlude (hardly visible from the annex!). A smiling, pleasant and attentive service... In short, everything you need to have a very pleasant time. It was a Sunday, so only all-you-can-eat buffet. Sufficient number of hors d'oeuvres and dishes... But in terms of flavors and cuisine, we were close to a cafetaria. Disappointment, especially since it clashed with the setting. Dishes that are too simple, without much flavor, without any appeal. I am surprised by the many comments, quite enthusiastic, perhaps we should have come during the week to choose à la carte? But as far as we are concerned it is a big failure.

“We had a lovely time last night. The meal was super good and the setting of the restaurant was magnificent. However, I was disappointed by the service of a waitress who was unfriendly and not smiling and not friendly. She even forgot about us, and we had to wait 50 minutes for the appetizer, which was a bit long. Fortunately, another waitress took over after I called her, and she realized there was a problem. Once that was sorted, everything was back to normal and we were able to enjoy our evening." I will come back with pleasure.

Great meal at the Monks’ Farm. The buffet is really gigantic even for the "normal buffet". Wide variety of starters, main courses and above all quality desserts. Special mention for the monk's head machine! We will surely come back for the famous steak served on its hot stone. The service is very pleasant, the waitresses are smiling and very friendly. We recommend 100%!

A disappointment regarding the choice of the buffet. In many photos and reviews we see a very large choice with smoked salmon, foie gras... it must depend on the day because we had none of that. It's not bad in itself but the choice is limited (especially on dishes, cheeses) and everything simple... In summary, if you are looking for a very classic buffet you are in the right place but nothing extraordinary.

Endroit parfait pour s'y retrouver en groupe, en famille en duo. Un buffet très complet et bien présenté . Un grand choix en nourritures ainsi que pour les desserts.

Y étions plusieurs fois pour les carpes/frites qui sont excellentes. Grosse déception samedi dernier pour le buffet. Les produits ne sont pas assez placés au froid (foie gras mou et salades moyennes) La mousse au chocolat quasi liquide et les desserts semblait droit venir de chez metro.
