11/05/2026: Having been regular visitors for the past two years, we were surprised to find a lack of quality in the aperitif offerings at the lounge bar, which have been drastically reduced to the bare minimum, and also a reduction in breakfast options.
However, we appreciated being upgraded on our last visit.
11/05/2026: A very nice hotel, with ongoing renovations to expand the spa, which should further enhance its quality. The room we stayed in was pleasant, with very comfortable bedding. My only complaint about this hotel is the price of the extras: a small bottle of water is offered, sourced from the Essonne department (91)... while we are right next to the Lisbeth spring, where a small bottle costs €4.50, despite the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, the prices at the lounge bar are also outrageous.
But overall, it's a beautiful place in a magnificent region.

21/05/2026: We had reserved a table for 6:30 pm, as the restaurant's website stated it opened at 6:00 pm. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were rather rudely asked what we were doing there so early – the kitchen didn't open until 7:00 pm! Unfortunately, we hadn't found this information on Google or the website; otherwise, we wouldn't have made the reservation, as we didn't have that much time. So, we left. The restaurant looked nice from the outside. We then went to Biebler nearby, where we received a friendly welcome and even got some delicious food!
21/05/2026: This restaurant is highly recommended; the beer garden is very pleasant. I've only had coffee there twice so far, but I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff is very welcoming, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

22/04/2026: The welcome was extremely cold, unpleasant, and rude. In the end, we didn't stay to eat because it was so unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend it!! Avoid it at all costs, given their lack of friendliness.
12/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant about two weeks ago. I was served by two young women, one of whom I believe was an apprentice. They were both very smiley, polite, and genuinely pleasant. Their service was impeccable; you could tell they took their jobs seriously despite their young age.
However, I was quite surprised by the owner's attitude. She came out of the kitchen at one point to stand behind the bar, and her behavior toward the two waitresses was rather inappropriate. She spoke to them curtly, in a rather harsh tone, in front of the other customers… it was really awkward to watch.
She wasn't smiling at all and seemed to be in a rather strange state, as if she might have had a bit too much to drink. When it came time to pay, she was cold and not at all pleasant.
It's a shame, because the two young waitresses really give a good impression of the restaurant, but the owner's welcome clearly leaves much to be desired.
