A truly beautiful place. Excellent welcome. Impeccable service. Magnificent cuisine. I recommend the gourmet menu. The chef chooses the dishes, and for us, his selection was perfect. Thank you, Chef.

As always, it's a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. There's always a little something extra, especially from the owner! I absolutely loved the tuna tataki, the best I've ever had ;) Thank you, and I highly recommend it!

No complaints about the adult meals. Everything was delicious, well-presented, and my allergies were taken into account. However, I was disappointed by the single children's menu, especially for such an establishment, and the lack of vegetables. That's why I didn't give the food five stars.

It's excellent. The quality/price ratio is well above average. Go for it without hesitation and enjoy. Starter/main/dessert for a weekday lunch. Egg/kidney/nougat. Not a single disappointment among my three choices.

A wonderful experience! I opted for the Elysée menu and was delighted by the excellent, balanced, and sophisticated dishes. Furthermore, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff very professional.

11/05/2026: A fantastic experience! _Regarding the room: we were charmed by the Alsatian room and its typical decor. _Regarding the service/restaurant: the welcome and service were warm and pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the hotel restaurant (simple dishes with a touch of visual and gustatory originality). _Regarding the spa: there's something to please everyone in a relaxing setting: (Hammam, sauna, pool with or without bubbles...)
11/05/2026: Having been regular visitors for the past two years, we were surprised to find a lack of quality in the aperitif offerings at the lounge bar, which have been drastically reduced to the bare minimum, and also a reduction in breakfast options. However, we appreciated being upgraded on our last visit.
