Thank you for these extraordinary evenings, for these wonderful dinners, for this incredible cuisine, and for the very special feeling you give your guests. There are places that don't seek attention, but find you—and remain forever within you. It wasn't just a visit to the restaurant. It was an experience. Love from the very first spoonful. Excellent place, this is our third visit and it's always just as good. The welcome is top-notch, the food is superb, we enjoy it every time. The quality of the ingredients and the expertise from start to finish are outstanding. I highly recommend it if you're passing through Matignon, and I'll definitely be back on my next trip to the region.

We'd been meaning to come to La Fermette in Matignon for years, and frankly, we wonder why we waited so long! 😍 For our first real fine dining experience, we were blown away: an explosion of flavors, superbly prepared ingredients, and dishes with three variations, always different and surprising. I particularly appreciated the fact that each dish was explained to us. It really helps you understand what you're eating and appreciate even more the work behind each plate. And then there's this family team… a truly wonderful encounter, with so much simplicity and conviviality. ❤️ And for those who think that fine dining leaves you hungry with a huge bill 😂: go to La Fermette, you might just change your mind! We had the time of our lives! Well done to the whole team, and see you very soon, that's for sure! 👏🍽️❤️

This time, we enjoyed the "Gourmet Stop" menu, which is well worth the trip. Aside from the exceptional lobster broth and perfectly executed cooking, it was the vanilla mille-feuille, worthy of Michel Guérard, that truly blew me away. Bravo to the Blandin family and their entire team for this Breton gastronomic masterpiece. Impeccable service and exquisite breads! This gourmet stop was a delight for our taste buds, and we can't wait to return to La Fermette Matignon.

A truly wonderful discovery, a little gem of gastronomy. The welcome was simple and friendly, yet very professional. The two servers were fantastic, very young and already quite professional, offering excellent advice and attentive service. And the food... what can I say... simply marvelous! Bravo to the 20-year-old chef, a worthy successor to his father, a master chef; I wish him all the best. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful meal, and we hope to return very soon.
