What can I say about this new experience at La Fermette? Nothing to report!
Everything is in place for a great time.
We were familiar with the father's cooking, and now, the discovery is a delicate one, a gentle change of style so as not to unsettle his customers.
I advise you all to skip one mediocre restaurant and book a table for lunch or dinner; the difference is in the lighting.
Best of luck to the young chef, may he introduce us to flavors from here and elsewhere. A wonderful new generation!
Thank you to the parents for this beautiful place and their food.
And congratulations to the waitress and waiter!

Last night, my son and I had an absolutely exceptional gastronomic experience at La Fermette.
We chose the "Gourmet Stopover" menu, and honestly, it was the best fine dining experience of our lives.
Each dish was a true delight: sublime ingredients, perfectly executed combinations, magnificent presentation, and above all, cuisine full of soul and passion. You can immediately feel the love for the craft and the respect for the ingredients in every detail.
A huge congratulations also to the young chef, Jordan Blandin, only 20 years old, who is remarkably humble despite his already immense talent. He proudly and elegantly represents the worthy legacy of his father, Thierry Blandin, a Master Chef of France.
Thank you for this rare, timeless moment that we won't soon forget. An exceptional establishment that deserves to be known far beyond Brittany.

We were worried about a drop in quality due to Chef Thierry Blandin's departure, but not at all! The son, a very talented young chef, is surpassing his father! Everything was imaginative, delicious, and so beautifully presented!
The sweetbreads were simply exceptional, and as for dessert, this new cake—a homemade lace crepe filled with strawberry sorbet, fresh strawberries, and strawberry coulis—is incredible! It's, I think, the best dessert I've ever eaten.
And I haven't even mentioned the little morel soup served as an amuse-bouche… This is a place between Matignon and St. Cast that you should definitely remember!

We had lunch at La Fermette on a Saturday. We chose the gourmet menu with a seafood theme. A true delight for the eyes and the palate in a small, intimate dining room full of warmth and character. The service was discreet, efficient, and attentive. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. A big congratulations to the young and talented chef.
