We received a warm welcome for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the set menu and impeccable service. Thank you to the kitchen for the excellent food and to the friendly servers! This restaurant serves delicious local produce at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

A wonderful discovery, a timeless and unique place. I'm increasingly drawn to simple, unpretentious places without cookie-cutter decor that lacks personality. We ate very well and had a great time.

A very good restaurant. The food is high quality, the ingredients are fresh and excellent. The service was very pleasant; the waiter was truly outstanding and attentive (offering advice, kindness, and good communication). A restaurant we highly recommend and will definitely return to during our next stay in Troyes.
