Good food, a fairly varied menu, and nice choices. The atmosphere is hard to judge; it's a matter of personal taste. A very special mention for the service yesterday, March 23rd. A single waiter despite a rather full dining room. The service was quick and always very pleasant. He was everywhere, running between the till and the dining area, and yet always available and smiling. Hats off to him!

Excellent dinner. Quality traditional cuisine served in a very pleasant and well-decorated setting. The andouillette sausage was superb. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.

A very good experience at Les Charbons restaurant. The salad from La Fille du Potager was excellent and very generous. The ham hock was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The service was quick and efficient, and the welcome was very pleasant. A place I highly recommend in Troyes!

A wonderful discovery, a timeless and unique place. I'm increasingly drawn to simple, unpretentious places without cookie-cutter decor that lacks personality. We ate very well and had a great time.

We received a warm welcome for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the set menu and impeccable service. Thank you to the kitchen for the excellent food and to the friendly servers! This restaurant serves delicious local produce at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: We received a warm welcome, with wonderful food and a very elaborate Valentine's Day menu. We were able to get a table despite a last-minute reservation, and we don't regret our time at this establishment. Thank you for the rose at the end of our experience 🌹😁

17/02/2026: A nice place for a drink, especially in summer with the terrace. The atmosphere is lively and the menu is reasonably priced. Be aware, however, that the music is quite loud, but that also contributes to the festive feel of the place.
14/02/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been here. Pleasantly surprised by the changes and the atmosphere.
