11/09/2026: We came here to try the local delicacy andouillette sausage. Not for the faint hearted, it’s pungent but yet chewy - probably a bit of mustard works to musk away the smell and digestive after. I’m happy to try but don’t think I will have this again.
06/09/2026: I really want to share our enjoyment of natural wines and food following our visit to Troyes. The concept of choosing natural wines paired with refined cuisine featuring subtle blends of spices and aromatic herbs (grilled octopus with peppers, eggplant and lamb meatballs, apricot and praline ice cream with basil—absolutely divine). Thank you to the chef.

La Fille du Potager

12/09/2026: A wonderful restaurant, somewhat off the beaten track. The seating is lovely, in a small square under the trees. Fantastic service. The bavette was superb, and the dessert and drinks were delicious. A great selection of wines and champagnes. We're so glad we found this gem in Troyes.
29/08/2026: While passing through Troyes, we discovered this restaurant. It's a shame we can't award it more stars because the welcome, the service, and the quality of the food are all outstanding. We highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return.
