A wonderful restaurant, somewhat off the beaten track. The seating is lovely, in a small square under the trees. Fantastic service. The bavette was superb, and the dessert and drinks were delicious. A great selection of wines and champagnes. We're so glad we found this gem in Troyes.

While passing through Troyes, we discovered this restaurant. It's a shame we can't award it more stars because the welcome, the service, and the quality of the food are all outstanding. We highly recommend this establishment.
We will gladly return.

A very friendly welcome, service accompanied by touches of humor as we like them, beautiful, good and generous dishes, this is a very quick summary of this pleasant moment spent under the trees for a family lunch break during our discovery of Troyes.
