We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.

First visit since the change of ownership. We are clearly in a gourmet restaurant that lives up to its promises. The flavors are there and will delight your taste buds. Only one slight drawback: the desserts, which I feel could be improved. The service lacks a little empathy, but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. The price is in line with the quality of the experience. In short, you can rediscover François's restaurant.

28/06/2026: A lovely summer evening at La Barge. We ate at La Barge tonight and had duck breast, cheeseburgers, and the local Troyes sausage. The food was very good, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They also kindly made a specially adapted burger for our autistic daughter, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was especially cozy. We sat outside by the beautiful water with fountains, slightly away from the busiest part of the city center, which made it feel calmer and more relaxed. It was a warm summer evening, and many people were sitting along the water enjoying the evening. A very charming and enjoyable place to eat in Troyes. We would gladly come back.
