Everything was excellent: galettes, wheat crêpes, and cider. The service was quick and impeccable. And it's organic too! Highly recommended.

A lovely, very traditional crêperie in a quirky, period building. We ate well and the staff were friendly.

If you could only choose one crêperie in Guérande, it would undoubtedly be La Flambée. Located in an authentic setting, with a magnificent 16th-century fireplace and superb woodwork from the former LU biscuit factory in Nantes, the atmosphere is as warm as the place is steeped in history. The galettes are perfectly crispy, generously filled, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Each plate is a true delight. A big thank you to the owner for her warm welcome, kindness, and good humor, as well as to Gwendal, whose professionalism, smile, and efficiency make the meal even more enjoyable. The only slight drawback… Gwendal might be a little too fond of women! 😉 But this doesn't detract from the exceptional quality of this establishment, which I recommend without hesitation.

From the moment I read the menu, the names of the different crepes appealed to me. Then, everything on the plate was delicious. The service was efficient and friendly, at a pace that suited us perfectly. We will definitely be back.

I had lunch there during my visit to Gerande and frankly, I have nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable and quick. The waitress was incredibly efficient. The crepes were delicious.

Super friendly service and delicious crepes!!

These savory buckwheat crepes are original, but above all, the batter is excellent. The sweet ones are also delicious. A bowl of cider and we have a great meal to enjoy…
