This isn't my first visit to Princesse Flore, and it's always a delight! The dinner was excellent! A chef who knows how to combine the flavors of Occitanie with his beloved Massif Central region undoubtedly deserves a place on your culinary itinerary! It was refined, delicious, and beautifully presented. Thanks also to the young team who know how to showcase the dishes so well.

A gift for Christmas. We had a wonderful time. Warm and friendly welcome, smiling and discreet staff. My only slight criticism is that there could have been a bit more vegetable preparation, but everything else was delicious.

23/07/2026: We only had a scoop of ice cream and a coffee, so we didn't try the food. The waitress was friendly, and we were able to chat with her about the heatwave.
06/07/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come to this terrace! The owner is very cool!!
