As always, a treat for the taste buds, I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because of a customer who was being "clumsy" with the waitress and who spoke too loudly!!!

We received a gift certificate for brunch. The service was impeccable. There was a good selection, but the buffet layout at the entrance meant it was right next to people arriving and leaving at the same time. While the quality was there, we felt the price was still excessive.

Excellent food, friendly service. Lots of surprises. The dishes were very good and interesting. Sometimes the sauce was too thick. The accompanying broths, however, were well-prepared and excellent. We had a lovely time. It's pricey, but you can tell how much work went into it. It's a shame the prices have gone up this year. Thanks again.

Everything was perfect. The dessert (floating island) was very good, worth 17 (too classic?) compared to the other dishes which were excellent at 19.

29/07/2026: What a special place to stay! The architecture, the design of the rooms, the lovely staff... all worth it. Of course the chance to try the restaurant should not be missed, it is absolutely superb. Stayed here twice now and will surely come back.
27/07/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The foie gras appetizer was simply divine, while the langoustine appetizer delighted us with its freshness. The veal was cooked to perfection. Its deliciously fragrant jus, enhanced with subtle hints of acidity, brought out all the flavors of the dish. A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend!
