A wonderful Sunday brunch experience! A warm welcome in a beautiful setting. The buffet was varied and refined. I highly recommend it.

A wide selection of refined dishes, excellent. A minor drawback regarding the drinks… the full wine list should be offered, not just wines by the glass that the servers don't seem to know. But we had a wonderful and delicious time 🤩

First time at this restaurant. Everything was perfect. Exquisite cuisine with originality. It had been 40 years since I'd eaten salsify, Jerusalem artichokes, and eel, and drunk Maury wine to accompany the signature prune dessert. In short, a truly wonderful experience.

I recommend it. Delicious food, excellent service, and reasonable prices.

The meal was excellent, the wines by the glass were well-matched, and an extra star for the pineapple dessert. The staff were attentive.

Perfect!!! Cozy atmosphere, not noisy, great round table!!! Lots of choices, delicious. Attentive servers. P.S.: €10 for a glass of wine, so a bit pricey; €7 or €8 would have been more reasonable. We recommend it 100% ;) Also, we would like to thank "Princess Flore," who was very accommodating in taking our voucher a little later. A BIG thank you again!!!

A very beautiful establishment, a very friendly team, and impeccably clean and very spacious rooms. As for the restaurant, it's a lovely dining room, and the staff is very professional. The only slight drawback was the somewhat rushed service for a gourmet menu.

We came as a family for brunch and enjoyed the food, the selection, and the quality of the dishes offered. The staff was very pleasant, and the setting was elegant. An experience to repeat! Exceptional

Second visit on a Saturday at lunchtime. Very few covers that day. We chose the €58 set menu with the cheese supplement. Excellent culinary creations from the Chef. The root vegetables were cooked to perfection! Imagining celery in ice cream for dessert... what a wonderful gamble... and a resounding success! Thank you for this cuisine meant for sharing, innovative, generous, and above all, sensible. One small drawback, however, which shocked us as "connoisseurs because we've worked in the same field": at the end of service, we caught the sommelier transferring wine from one bottle to another... "By the glass" loses all credibility (hygiene, wine from a cheap box... no cork) with such images in full view of the customers. Furthermore, even a glass of wine should be served at the table from a bottle whose cork is removed before serving and recorked immediately afterward; but this wasn't done! Unfortunately, this detail lowers the overall score.
