Réservation conseillée . Bel endroit, propre et bien tenu, service impeccable . Serviettes en tissu, endroit feutré, toilettes nickels.
Tartare de maigre aux agrumes bien présenté, les saveurs se complètent sans se mélanger, idéal pour un été chaud, à suivre un filet de cabillaud, cuisson parfaite, très bien accompagné, sauce excellente . Tartare de boeuf aux huitres : une inspiration japonaise excellente : les deux mets se répondent et se subliment l'un l'autre, absolument pas déroutant, une réussite . Glace rhubarbe avec chantilly pour terminer ; un "sans faute" . Je recommande le Sancerre rouge . Patrons très sympathiques et passionnés . Merci à vous et à bientôt .

Piccolo ristorante nel centro del delizioso paese di Honfleur.
Anche stavolta abbiamo provato il menu (a 39 euro) e, anche stavolta, abbiamo mangiato benissimo.
Alcuni piatti davvero eccellenti: il maiale arrosto con abbinamento di verdure e il dolce a base di cioccolato sifonato con una granita di erbe aromatiche davvero sublime.
Servizio efficiente ma piuttosto freddo ed impersonale.

Wonderful gem. We stayed at their newly decorated 2BR and it was fantastic. Madam Guyon is a very kind host she was very welcoming and ready to serve all the time.
