A little disappointed by my meal today: the pork lacked tenderness (was it cooked too quickly? Was it the choice of meat?) and the wines by the glass weren't great (the Loire Sauvignon Blanc was bland, and the Saint-Émilion was too alcoholic). But I'll be back... (the restaurant offers delicious flavors, a comfortable dining room, and prices that reflect the quality).

Superb. Every course was exquisite, served with attention to the smallest detail. Contrary to the review below, the pork was cooked to perfection, so tender you could slice it like butter. We shared a half bottle of the Foissy-Joly champagne which was also exceptional. This must be the best restaurant in Honfleur. We will return just to eat here again.

A wonderful discovery! We had lunch at La Fleur de Sel today and were delighted. The dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The setting is pleasant and the welcome was warm. The service was efficient, attentive, and always with a smile, which made our lunch even more enjoyable. A truly excellent restaurant in Honfleur that we highly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit.

26/06/2026: What a wonderful night. The food was fabulous and the wine was divine. The service was absolutely outstanding. The owner was gracious in allowing me to practice my very basic French language without showing any sign of impatience. To top it off there was a jazz singer and her accompaniment who was superb and rounded out the night. It was truly a fantastic night and will be something we will remember forever.
12/06/2026: It's a quality restaurant serving excellent fish and meat, with refined and delicate dishes. The kitchen is open to the public. It's not a touristy place, and that's its strong point. A good variety of wines is available. The service is highly professional, friendly, and clean. A well-deserved 5 stars.

02/07/2026: From the moment we came in, we could feel welcomed. Staff was super friendly and respectful. We had the lobster menu. From the beginning to the end, it was pure magic. I felt as if I was in a chef cooking contest, where every dish was meant to impress. The presentation, the texture, taste, everything was amazing. Thank you!
