A rollercoaster of flavors. The decor is understated and elegant. The service is courteous and professional, but absolutely overwhelming. The food is a rollercoaster. We started with foie gras, followed by a very good scallop carpaccio, then squid with harissa, which was extraordinary. The appetizers ended with an oyster nage, which was extraordinary and completely out of this world (!!), before the pigeon (main course), which was very good, and finally the chocolate dessert, which was simply good. In short, a somewhat disorienting dinner where, at the beginning, the experience builds with each course up to the fourth, only to plummet. Having said that, the tasting menu is €95, and nowhere else in Honfleur (or even Paris) can you eat with such a level of refinement for such a price. Bravo and thank you.

A very pleasant experience at this restaurant in the center of Honfleur. The four-course menu was well executed with lovely flavors. The pigeon was delicious. The chocolate dessert was excellent. The wines by the glass were perfect. The service was warm and welcoming. For those with a hearty appetite, the only slight drawback was the small portion sizes.

We went to eat at this very good restaurant as a group of four. The menu was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients, and the service was friendly. It's well located for exploring the lovely town of Honfleur.

After lunch, I was delighted by the high quality of my €40 set menu, which showcased a wonderful exploration of flavors and perfect execution. The wines by the glass were a bit pricey (€12) but excellent, especially the Gewürztraminer from Trinbach. Furthermore, the dining room was very comfortable.
