A very good experience! The food was excellent and the service perfect. The owner even offered us a small liqueur at the end of the meal, a very nice touch. We will gladly return!

I had a wonderful time at La Fleur de Sel restaurant in Aigues-Mortes. The welcome was warm and the service very pleasant; you immediately feel at ease. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with fresh ingredients. Special mention goes to the local specialties and seafood, which were truly delicious. The setting is charming and typical of the region, perfect for a meal with family or as a couple. The price is reasonable considering the quality offered. I highly recommend it for a delightful culinary experience in the city of Aigues-Mortes!

A discreet restaurant – we almost walked right past it. Small restaurant, good atmosphere, warm welcome, good selection of dishes. For starters, we chose the anchovies and mushrooms with parsley sauce, followed by the beef and scallops. And the tarte tatin. Everything is homemade, authentic, and delicious. A little more expensive than the others, but my husband and I now agree that for us, this restaurant is among the best in Aigues-Mortes.

A very pleasant surprise – I don't understand the bad reviews at all. We had the andouillettes, which were very good, and the fries were delicious. We also had desserts. The tarte tatin was exceptional, and the others were very good. The service was excellent too! Thank you

During our stay in Aigues-Mortes, we discovered this restaurant. It was truly a treat. The kidneys are delicious, among other things. Very positive reviews, friendly welcome, very pleasant setting, and refined cuisine. 👍

29/03/2026: We went there midweek for dinner – the staff is very friendly – ​​the food arrived quickly and was very good. The mixed grill I had was excellent, with a very good Pic Saint-Loup cheese. The dessert was great. We'll definitely go back on our next visit to Aigues-Mortes.
