The fillet and rib of bull were exceptional: perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful. Perfect for a carnivorous dinner. Welcoming service: they served us promptly and kindly. Being in the historic center, there is no parking, but we were very happy with our choice. Thank you.

Excellent restaurant! High-quality meat, cooked to perfection. Sublime homemade Roquefort sauce. The desserts are delicious! The servers are very friendly and the service is quick. Reservations are not possible, so arrive early to have any hope of getting a table. Highly recommended!

Excellent ribeye steak served on a platter, shared with my granddaughter after visiting the ramparts. The meat was delicious and the wine perfectly complemented the meal. I'll definitely be back! 👍

A table here at random (I saw some good reviews here and there...😉). Madam, a salad (yes, really...🙂). I didn't take a picture, it's just a salad... 😅 but it looked very complete and appetizing. For me, a nice rare ribeye steak with crispy fries, a very good, well-seasoned oak leaf salad (I shared with my wife...I'm very generous, I admit...🙂). The meat was ordered rare and served rare (that's almost never the case...). I also ordered a Roquefort sauce (listed as a house specialty) and I'm so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious! A divine dish with a good rosé and local ice cubes (the rosé, not the ice cubes! 😉). In short, we had a fantastic meal with young, attentive, efficient, and friendly service, always with a smile! In short, a warm welcome, good service, fresh and superbly prepared dishes, very reasonable prices – an address to remember! (and share!)

We spent a week in Aigues-Mortes. Unfortunately, we only arrived on the last day. The food was fantastic, the service top-notch. Everything was just perfect. The beef tenderloin was amazing, the fries were really great. The pizza was better than in Italy. Simply perfect. Thank you so much, we'll be back.
