La Fleur de sel sur Crepy-En-Valois

Lunch today at the Fleur de Sel restaurant in Crépy-en-Valois… and what a wonderful discovery! From the very first minutes, the charm takes hold. Nestled in magnificent 14th-century vaulted cellars, the setting is absolutely exceptional. The exposed stone walls, the spacious rooms, the hushed atmosphere… everything invites you to slow down and savor the moment. A truly timeless experience. As for the cuisine, the promise is kept: high-quality, generous dishes, perfectly executed and showcasing beautiful ingredients. You can feel the care taken with every detail, both on the plate and in the presentation. And what can I say about the welcome… A particularly friendly, attentive, and warm team, who fully contribute to the experience and make you want to return. A gem of a place that I recommend without hesitation.

An experience to repeat. We wish there were restaurants like this everywhere. Thank you.

An incredible restaurant! It truly lives up to its name; the cuisine is exceptional, a true delight for the taste buds, and the staff is incredibly attentive. They all have smiles and are very welcoming—I highly recommend it! The dishes were exquisite!

We were not disappointed at all during our meal. Even the setting was beautiful. A truly excellent culinary experience, living up to the positive reviews from other customers. We also had a very pleasant conversation with the owner, which remains a fond memory.

Restaurant with a wine cellar, but we stayed upstairs. The atmosphere was so-so. The bare wall behind it was depressing. The food, however, was excellent, no complaints. It's a shame about the atmosphere.

For me, the best restaurant in Crepy. I love the vaulted cellar for lunch; the welcome is warm, and the dishes are flavorful and inventive. You can also have coffee there in the morning, which is very pleasant. It's a restaurant not to be missed. Well done to all of you for delighting us!
