We arrived at noon this Saturday without a reservation. The welcome and service from the three very friendly waiters were excellent. The andouillette sausage was authentic and the ribeye steak was superb and tender. The homemade fries were also very good (they could have been crispier; perhaps they should be cooked a second time).

I ordered 5 kilos of Flemish carbonnade for a Friday in the early afternoon, after service. I love this dish when it's well prepared. The owner opened his restaurant for me and welcomed me with great kindness. My order was ready, packaged in aluminum trays and securely wrapped. The meat was delicious, lean, the sauce neither too thin nor too thick, and the onions were plentiful and perfectly caramelized. It was a real treat for the taste buds. A big thank you, and I'll be back again soon.
