The cuisine is entirely homemade, generous, and of high quality.
The setting is delightful, whether you choose to dine in the 14th-century vaulted cellar or on the shaded terrace.

Delicious and refreshing meal! Group of 10 celebrating a wedding anniversary. Pleasant and friendly staff, delicious cocktails, and a perfectly executed meal. The vaulted room was a real plus, especially with the high outside temperatures, even though Wi-Fi and internet access were impossible in this room (a bonus for me). This made conversation and human interaction easier, especially when everyone was eating with their fork in one hand and their phone in the other...

I'm responding to a comment from a woman who ate a tiny salad! I often come to this restaurant, and both the Caesar and spring salads are generous and delicious. Today, May 30, 2026, I had the Caesar salad, and frankly, it was generous and high quality. At À la fleur de sel, everything is homemade.

For me, the best restaurant in Crepy.
I really like the vaulted cellar for lunch; the welcome is warm, and the dishes are flavorful and inventive.
You can also have coffee in the morning, which is very pleasant. It's a restaurant not to be missed.
Well done to all of you for delighting us!

Found this restaurant thanks to reviews. A little disappointed, however, with the quality considering the price. I expected a tablecloth and cloth napkins given the €56 menu price, and the cutlery wasn't changed between the starter and the main course. The food was good overall. Not entirely satisfied, though; the brioche baba was a bit dry. On the other hand, the profiteroles were a huge plus! For me, it's more of a good brasserie, but still a bit pricey.

A nice little menu, beautiful presentation of the dishes, and refined atmosphere.
BUT the service was a problem: 1 hour and 30 minutes for a main course and dessert.
More than 30 minutes of waiting between courses after ordering seems unjustified when there were only 7 people in the restaurant.
If you have the time, remember this address and share it.

A high-quality gourmet restaurant, we also appreciated the vaulted cellar which only enhanced the experience. One small suggestion, though: the previous owners offered a few small appetizers with the aperitif; it's a shame this wasn't continued.
