The mussels with Camembert were excellent, as was the fish of the day. I highly recommend it! The staff is also very friendly.

I visited La Flottille during our stay in Étretat. The location and atmosphere are pleasant, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to my expectations. The dishes were decent, but nothing particularly memorable, especially considering the restaurant’s reputation and popularity. Overall, a pleasant enough experience, but I wouldn’t return specifically for the food.

The place deserves its prestige and is a victim of its own success; it gets very crowded, so arrive a little early, there's a queue! Apart from that, everything was incredibly good, fresh, and local; go without hesitation.

A good restaurant, with good mussels marinière. However, the mussels are rather small.

The mussels were too small, which was a shame, because the staff were friendly and the service was very fast.

Very welcoming and accommodating regarding allergies (gluten in our case). The tuna tartare was delicious! Quick service. Very generous portion of mussels.

16/09/2026: Delicious, cozy, smiling staff. The cider is very decent!
16/09/2026: On a getaway to Etretat... we stopped at this restaurant which, to my great surprise, was a place of warm welcome... no reservation needed and the wait to be served was perfectly reasonable... the galettes were generously filled and delicious... I highly recommend this restaurant, being a former chef... I offer my humble respect... we will definitely be back soon... you'll recognize me... I sign C.N.
