In a beautiful and lively setting, the service is present but not particularly attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the food is disappointing for a restaurant whose menu is only in English, even though we're in France! For such a high-end establishment, you should be ashamed of the filth in the restrooms! Take action. On a quieter day, the restrooms were extremely dirty. Have someone clean them every time.

Yes, it's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected—and it's consistent with the magical setting, the atmosphere, and the quality, which certainly don't disappoint. The show is truly incredible: dancers, fireworks, singers, fire effects, an excellent DJ… no complaints there. We ate at the small restaurant, and it was very good. However, I'm deducting a star for the service at the end of the meal. The servers were clearly pushing to clear the tables as quickly as possible. I understand that after dinner, the atmosphere shifts towards a party, but it was done without any tact. We were still eating at the start of the show, and the staff was constantly trying to clear the tables. It was impossible to enjoy our food in peace. Towards the end, our dishes were cold. Even when we asked to keep our water glasses, they were taken away without explanation. So, I recommend arriving early to fully enjoy the experience. Despite that, it's still a superb place that I recommend 👍

Such a great bar! Prime location and can be heard a few lifts away! Whether sun or snow it still buzzes. Only wish I could go there everyday and listen to the music!

The €30 burger was actually good 😅 didn’t think we would go for the food but ya got surprised. The vibe in the mid of March was immaculate- Even with a snowstorm people wanting to party

To be honest I am a bit disappointed. The entertainment was amazing, the dancers and singers were professional but the bouncers kicked us out like animals as soon as it reached 16:30. One of our friends sat down to fix her ski shoe and one of them shouted at her to get get up immediately. Very ugly behaviour. And it is expensive but we expected it.

I understand your reservation policy better now, waiting list, etc. I understand it because in 4 hours you have to make the most of your time. However, when you claim high prices, which don't bother us, you have to live up to them, and unfortunately, that's not the case. The server deserves his rating, but he's not responsible for the food, hence my fair ratings. We come from time to time, and I advise you to ensure that your prices reflect the quality of the food served. Have a good end of the season.

Food: decent but very expensive for a cafeteria, and the quality of the dishes doesn't justify the price. Atmosphere: a lively bar/restaurant with loud music. Definitely great for those looking for that kind of atmosphere, otherwise avoid it...

The bland food and festive atmosphere do nothing to compensate for the poor value for money.
