We are there this Saturday, (as promised 😉.)
We were 2 couples.
Gavlax salmon, and snail. The entrance at the top.
Dish of the day with fries topped with tender meat and homemade fries (I love it and I agree).
The entrecôte des amis was excellent, the same goes for the duck breast with its mash.
The chocolate fondant is great.
And I forgot the spritz which was very good, well dosed.
In short, home cooking the way we like it.
I recommend it to those who want to eat real cuisine.

During a dinner, everything was perfect from the main course to the dessert, including the welcome and the table service, the cuisine is traditional and homemade, the tastes are there! see you soon without hesitation.
Great experience! My mother loved the Gaston Gérard chicken which we couldn't stop talking about all weekend. The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. We recommend!
Accueil agréable et service efficace. Les produits proposés sont tous réalisés par le restaurant et la qualité est au rendez-vous. C'est une cuisine de bistrot de campagne, sans fioritures, mais de bonne qualité gustative.
Un très agréable déjeuner dans un endroit, le village et ses environs qui invitent à la promenade.
04/09/2024: For the points that could be improved, I would say that the prices are a little high and that the choice of wines by the glass could be a little more extensive (a little more diversity without more volume)... for everything else, the experience was really amazing.
There is both a certain evanescence in the textures of the dishes and a crazy intensity between the acids and the bitters which practically goes to the limit between pleasures and discomfort (while remaining on the palsirs). The sequence of dishes is really very well thought out and it's a real change of scenery while retaining a majority of local products. The moment is truly unique and remarkable and the support from the staff in the room is very pleasant. The team is smiling, considerate and efficient. There is very little waiting between dishes which avoids spending more than 3 hours at the table.
The big question is that with so much originality will a second pass be just as remarkable?
I think I'll take the risk pretty quickly.
28/08/2024: We booked last minute and upon calling I was delighted to be asked if we were coming for a special occasion.
The place is simple and elegant, the welcome warm. The table is set tastefully and everything goes smoothly.
A poetic menu that pays homage to the place where the restaurant is located. New flavors and a special place for herbs, a real delicacy with delicacy.
I highly recommend!
