A pleasant restaurant with a warm, very local atmosphere.
You feel right at home enjoying the chef's delicious dishes. A splendid rib of beef to share with the family, served with homemade fries and peppercorn and béarnaise sauces. The portions were generous, but our sweet tooth led us to order dessert, the Picardy-style rabotte. A great choice—it was delicious! The service was quick and efficient; La Fontaine St Jean is a great place, and word gets around. Reservations are recommended.

After booking lunch that same morning during a business trip, we received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a superb meal – a real treat, especially with local draft beer. It definitely deserves its place among the country's bistros. Congratulations!

Very warm atmosphere, attentive staff.
Starter: Pâté en croûte with a foie gras center, excellent.
Main course: Veal with fries, the veal was incredibly tender and the fries were homemade.
Dessert: Crème brûlée, also excellent.
Great meal. I highly recommend it.

Excellent! We went to La Fontaine Saint Jean for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful evening. The meal was delicious, a real treat from start to finish. The welcome and service were very warm. I highly recommend it. I've also been during the week, and the meals are delicious then too. I'll be back! 😍😍😍
