La Forge sur Ramatuelle

A wonderful restaurant serving Italian classics (and some more) in a reinterpreted way. The portions for starters are not really sufficiently large but the taste makes up for it. The carbonara are a must. Friendly staff and I would say still reasonable prices. A must visit if you’re in the region!

I simply blamed our son for not having taken us instead to this place where it smells of Italian cuisine with a big C welcome. impeccable service. to do again next year and several times that's for sure.

We had lunch in this small restaurant in Ramatuelle. A magnificent discovery. The setting, the service and the dishes, everything was perfect! We had a great time and will be delighted to come back during our next vacation in the area.

We actually avoided La Forge for many years as the reviews are not great. That was a mistake, we just came back from the second excellent dinner there, not cheap but top quality and more creative than the steak/burger places that seem to be taking over the beach restaurants. Portions are small enough to actually have multiple courses which is nice

“The best carbs of my life” were the words of my friend during this excellent meal. We are still at the table but it seemed obligatory to interrupt us to add this comment. All the dishes are absolutely incredible, the service is impeccable. Chef Paolo welcomes us in person to present his suggestions. Well done and thank you!

Un endroit idéal au cœur de Ramatuelle, un restaurant gourmet italien qui change des traditionnelles pizzerias. Si vous y passez, goûtez leurs carbonaras. Gros point positif, le serveur qui nous a servis, aimable et bon conseiller. Axe d’amélioration possible, j’aurais aimé trouver un vin blanc ou rouge pétillant, même si le sauvignon servi était excellent.

Ristorante molto bello e accogliente, nonostante all’interno facesse troppo caldo . Il personale molto cordiale e preparato, bene inteso i camerieri. Poiché qui troverete un cameriere che cameriere non è . E forse lo chef ? L’abito direbbe sì ma in cucina si dirige solo per brevi check “alla Gordon Ramsay” e quindi la risposta sta nel ruolo di proprietario che egli ricopre. Si presenta al tavolo per prendere il vostro ordine e proponendo lui le scelte; se la vostra ordinazione sarà discordante dalle sue proposte e priva di pluriscelte ecco che scatenerete un onda di totale assenso e indifferenza da parte dello Chef che lo porterà a dissuadersi ai vostri occhi ed eclissarsi dal vostro tavolo per tutto il resto della vostra permanenza #desaparecido Il cibo é sicuramente buono e di qualità. Il servizio, fatta eccezione del filantropo chef, pure con ragazzi in sala molto cordiali e attenti . Il costo impone probabilmente una clientela medio alta poiché i prezzi sono da Costa Azzurra. 2 primi , 2 calici , 1 caffè , 1 Aqua : 85€ L’esperienza non mi ha lasciato la voglia di ritornarci. Menzione finale per la Amuse-bouche di benvenuto : olive ( niente di eccezionale ) e un gaspacio
