La Fourchette sur Buis-Les-Baronnies

Let's start with the negative points, where some improvements would be welcome: the restaurant is rather ordinary and uninviting, and the welcome is a bit cold (thanks to the Chilean apprentice for warming us up with his smile!). On the other hand, we ate extremely well, with delicious and very well-presented dishes (prawns, swordfish), which makes it a good place to which we will gladly return.

Excellent meal from start to finish. We had the full menu and enjoyed it. The welcome was friendly and we were served by very professional Chilean students! It was a warm and welcoming experience. Excellent value for money too!

On our last evening of vacation in the region, we stopped by chance while passing by the arches. We were shown a table. From starter to dessert, an explosion of flavors. The quality of the dishes was exceptional. A semi-gastronomic restaurant. A real treat for the taste buds. A must-see if you come to Buis-les-Baronnies.

He was full but did his best to add us. We didn't have to wait because he was very responsive. Pleasant, smiling, attentive. Congratulations to his wife in the kitchen, it was very, very good.

Very good restaurant, highly recommended. Terrace under the arcades Quality products. Don't hesitate to make a reservation; the terrace may seem empty at opening, but many tables are already reserved.

If you are in the area definitely eat here even if you are not it is worth the detour! Delicious meal for three courses 31 euros for which I would happily have paid double! The food is brought to the table with pride and love, you not only feel it but especially taste it! People, grab a forkful here, you won't regret it, truly amazing! Xxx

What a joy to find a restaurant where the cuisine, service, welcome, and atmosphere all compete so well! We highly recommend this establishment, which truly deserves a Michelin star. Morgane, the head chef, knows how to create a variety of dishes and delights, while Francisco, in the dining room, brings his Chilean touch with his good humor and pisco sours just like back home.

Discovered by chance, passing under the Arcades, we had a pleasant time, ... refined, surprising, the aperitif dinner formula allowed us to discover 4 different flavors accompanied by an excellent Fondréche rosé... the dessert (pavlova) was exquisite... the small but strong "surprise" drop to finish perfectly closed this beautiful episode... thank you for the welcome!
