Siberia, a small restaurant. A great setting between the Palace and the Cathedral! Very quiet and cool in the shade. The staff is very friendly, and we were able to taste several wines, which isn't offered in many restaurants. Local and delicious products.

A very good restaurant, ideally located for exploring the narrow streets of Albi or strolling along the banks of the Tarn River. The market menu is excellent: starters, main courses, and desserts are all very well prepared and offer great value for money. A weekly set menu for €20, which changes every week, is also a good option. The service was a little slow for lunchtime.

25/07/2026: The third place in your life, a place where everyone and everything meets. Great bar with a fantastic selection, and the bar staff is super friendly. A great spot for tourists too; everyone is welcome and you can easily strike up a conversation with locals. We'll definitely be back.
