Pleasant restaurant next to the museum. We were able to dine without a reservation. Excellent dishes, both the duck breast and the sea bass. And the price was reasonable, not outrageous. Highly recommended.

I had a delicious fish with leek pie and duck breast with orange sauce. The wine was also very good. I thought it would be more expensive because it was in the cathedral, but it was a normal French price: €30 per person. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious foie gras accompanied by wonderful homemade gingerbread. The chicken supreme continued to delight us. And finally, wow, the chocolate dessert!!!

This is our second time at this restaurant, and we've never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the service impeccable, and the homemade cuisine high quality. All at a very reasonable price. Go without hesitation.

Superb restaurant, beautifully presented dishes made with fresh ingredients. Everything is expertly prepared, bursting with flavor. A truly wonderful place, just a short walk from the cathedral. Definitely worth discovering!

Having come from the Pyrénées-Orientales, we discovered this wonderful restaurant near Sainte-Cécile Cathedral. The welcome was warm (served by two young waiters who are also chefs) and the dining room very pleasant. We chose the gourmet menu, which truly lived up to its name. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: We stayed in the nicest room we have ever had in France. Spacious, beautiful and highly functional. Hotel staff helped me in advance to choose restaurants, in addition to their own well regarded dining room. We stayed 4 nights which gave us time to explore Albi on foot, spend a day in busier Toulouse, and explore pretty villages, including Cordes sur Ciel. We highly recommend this hotel.

16/04/2026: A huge thank you to the team at this restaurant! I had a wonderful time. The advice, the food, the ambiance overlooking the cathedral—what more could you ask for? I highly recommend visiting this place, but be sure to make a reservation. And the price! Unbeatable value—don't change a thing!
