Excellent experience at this restaurant. Very warm welcome and excellent food. I particularly recommend the chocolate fondant, exquisite! (NB: The restaurant has recently changed ownership)

A wonderful experience at this ideally located restaurant (right in the heart of Albi, yet not in the crowds). The food was absolutely delicious! A real treat! The servers were very friendly (we had to move tables due to the weather. Everything was handled with good humor and professionalism). There were four of us, and we were all delighted with our main courses and desserts. A truly memorable culinary experience! NB: There has been a change of ownership recently (which may explain some of the negative reviews before the change).

Siberia, a small restaurant. A great setting between the Palace and the Cathedral! Very quiet and cool in the shade. The staff is very friendly, and we were able to taste several wines, which isn't offered in many restaurants. Local and delicious products.

A very pleasant experience during our visit to Albi. Dining in an air-conditioned room was so welcome, especially given the 39°C heat outside.
