The accuracy of the dishes, the elegance of the service, the refinement of the decor and finally the support of the chef present on your arrival and departure. Everything was perfect ! For once, no regrets at not being able to add nuance to a 5-star rating. The 5 that we give following our visit to the Fourchette des Ducs bring together and speak for all the impeccable aspects of the service and the cuisine. Obviously it is first and foremost the cuisine, the dishes and the inventiveness of the chef that we salute. A pleasure to be able to rediscover the charm of Alsace in a painting which manages to bring together so many flavors with delicacy and harmony. I wish everyone to be able to experience it and I promise that like the Alsatians and their generosity, we will no longer be hungry when we leave. A remarkable culinary work which deserves that we thank the cooks and the chef for these proposals. Finally, the waiters and all those who ensure that we lack nothing, honor the elegance of the establishment while making our meal a sweet and warm moment. A balanced sobriety that I appreciated. Like everything else. A next meeting to note for next year.

Que dire si ce n'est que leurs étoiles sont amplement mérités. Première fois dans ce lieu très prisé. mais c'est certain j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir tellement c'était excellent le tout dans une ambiance très convivial.

Un lieu apaisant ,les tables très bien agencées, et un service impeccable ,souriant ,discret mais efficace . Une mention particulière pour "Thomas" qui est vraiment adorable . Nous y retournerons ,le lieu vaut le déplacement !

Première expérience à la Fourchette des Ducs, une magnifique table aux pieds du feu, des plats juste somptueux autant au niveau gustatif que visuel ! Nous avons passé un super moment ma compagne et moi et conseillons cette expérience à toutes celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le terroir alsacien revisité par le chef. Un vrai plaisir et régale, j’ai hâte d’y retourner !
