I came to eat with my mother who introduced me to this little restaurant. I had a great time and the dishes were divine. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are exquisite. Special mention for the perfect egg and morel cream and prawn risotto ❤️ Well done ! Very good address. !

A delight !! Warm welcome, the dishes are really delicious, the presentation is worthy of a great restaurant. It is strongly recommended to make a reservation to have a table inside, the time spent is very pleasant "tastefully". I recommend

very nice place in this little square, super nice food. 40 euro for a dinner (starter, main course, dessert, bier) so also price was good

There were 4 of us having lunch today and all the dishes were excellent, plentiful, at a reasonable price and served very quickly and all with a very friendly waiter. I recommend !

Best restaurant in St Germain! The dishes always delicious and pretty. The very nice waiter, with a good sense of humor, we like it 🤣 Thank you for this excellent meal in every way! The value for money is undoubtedly up to par! See you soon

Tout simplement le meilleur restaurant rapport qualité/prix de St Germain. Pour vous donner un petit aperçu: Le fois gras poêlé sur une purée de lentille DIVIN, le dos de cabillaud au curry accompagnée d'endives façon le Chef, EXCELLENT. Jamais déçu. La qualité, la quantité, la préparation , la présentation... MERCI au CHEF et un ptit clin d'oeil pour le service.

Le Soubise

15/09/2024: Great time spent in the Soubise restaurant: possibility of eating on the terrace. The interior is super nice: soft lighting, space, not noisy... in short: very pleasant. The food is good: great for a brasserie, the prices are average (€52 for 2 adults and 1 child) and the quantity on the plate is satisfactory. The real plus is the super super fast service!!! And that’s really great for those who are really hungry!!! The staff is pleasant and professional. I recommend this stopover to your itineraries in the region
