Visited today. Cafeteria concept, so no waiting in line, which was great. From appetizers to desserts, everything was very good. Reasonable prices. 👍🏽

09/01/2026: Great restaurant in Troyes, I highly recommend it! We've been coming for several years now and it's the best restaurant we've found. Plus, the staff never changes! Jennifer, whom we've known for 8 years, always gives a very warm welcome with a smile! Don't hesitate any longer, come and try it, you'll be back!
09/01/2026: What a pleasant surprise for our dinner tonight! The staff were incredibly attentive, smiling, and friendly, the dishes were delicious, and I'd never even seen an éclair with Chaource cheese! I highly recommend this restaurant and we'll definitely be back.
