We came here for waffles on a wet Friday morning - warm welcome from the owner and waitress - food was lovely and coffee was good. Recommended 👍

Clearly THE restaurant in Saint-Omer! Our go-to, whether for a little snack with their sweet crepes or for a delicious dinner! We are always welcomed with humor and good humor by Cyril or one of his colleagues 😊 Any advice? Reserved if you want to secure a table in the evening, as the restaurant is so successful. The pastas are delicious and very affordable (€9.80 for a generous portion of carbo pasta), the meats are always of very good quality and the daily suggestions are out of the ordinary. The must? Sweet crepes ❤️ (My favorite? Nutella-White Chocolate, to die for. You have to try it!) Quite simply the best crepes I have ever tasted. We will come back, but it's so obvious that it doesn't even need to be mentioned anymore 😂

An essential address in Saint Omer to enjoy a good ice cream, waffle or pancake at snack time. The dishes served at lunchtime are also of good quality. I recommend!

Always a delight to go to La Fringalette. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pancakes. And waiter at the top, in a happy mood. A very pleasant moment.
