Lunch at St Omer, parked in the small car park I see a brasserie in the distance, I immediately recognize La Fringalette where I normally come to have a good waffle but this is different, I have just tasted the brasserie and incredibly good surprise !!! It's a treat and the service is fast and the waiter Jean is smiling, efficient and friendly. I take a rare tab... The dish arrives and is cooked and the quality of the meat is there!!! The whole team seems united and everyone greets you and asks you if you're okay.. very pleasant. I recommend this brewery!!! I'm on time and I had a great time. Thank you, good luck.

Top service, the dishes are consistent in terms of quality, pizza, pancakes. In addition to the basic map, the suggestions, for a little extra ticket, are worth discovering, very good. Just a small criticism for the sometimes intrusive soundscape. Overall, I recommend 👍

Une adresse à garder dans son carnet. Les gauffres sont excellentes! Les serveurs étaient serviables et agréables. Très bon accueil.

17/03/2024: Located in the heart of Saint-Omer, the Histoire de restaurant takes you on a taste journey through tasty and refined cuisine. Recently, I had the pleasure of discovering their menu, and I must say that the pork belly with cider was a real favorite.

05/04/2024: top restaurant and great staff! one of the waitresses really brought a smile, I would have liked to ask her her first name to be able to highlight her because I have rarely seen waitresses so involved I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed
02/04/2024: I only enjoyed the restaurant. This is already the second time I have come to this restaurant, the food is really good. I have yet to be disappointed with what I ordered. Small downside on the speed of the service, as soon as we finished we were already coming to collect our dishes. But apart from that I recommend.
