A warm and friendly welcome from both the young brunette and the blonde lady – nothing to complain about!
As for the sauces, it's clearly stated on the menu that they're extra, and the portions are well worth €0.60... The cheese croquettes, shrimp croquettes, and fish and chips were great! I had the mussels and was honestly pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price! We even came back for the chocolate waffles with whipped cream – amazing! Keep up the good work, we'll gladly come back during the holidays!

The mussels and fries are perfect and the cheapest in Bray-Dunes. The rest of the menu also deserves an honorable mention in the authentic and popular chip shop category. Simple, inexpensive dishes, no frills. The atmosphere is truly local and welcoming. I keep coming back for the mussels, the simplicity, and most importantly: absolutely impeccable fries. And that's coming from a Belgian. But, after all, even though Bray-Dunes is in France, it's still Flemish. And this place is THE AUTHENTIC FLEMISH FRY SHOP, just a stone's throw from the border, but at half the prices of some places on the Belgian coast.

The fries are excellent. It's a shame the service isn't as good. I ordered fries from the outside counter to eat on the terrace, and there wasn't a greeting, not a smile. She seemed exasperated!
