The spa at the Royal Hainaut is magnificent, with only one drawback, and this is the second time I've experienced it: the hammam was out of order. It's a shame because it's included in the "spa package." There's also a lack of supervision. Let me explain: several people were taking photos and videos in the pool, including other guests... it's disrespectful. You're not responsible (hence my 5 stars), but it does infringe on everyone's privacy. As for the treatment itself, it was simply perfect. I had Ninon. Attentive to well-being, kind, and very professional, I highly recommend her.

The grounds are simply breathtaking, thanks to their historical significance and the astronomical yet successful renovation and improvements. The Duplex Suite is stunning in its size, decor, layout, and welcoming atmosphere. All the guest areas (especially the Atrium) are equally impressive. And what can I say about the indoor pool except that it's the most beautiful I've ever seen... with perfectly heated water. In short, it's magical for a wonderful stay, but it's a shame that the service at La Galerie restaurant doesn't live up to the high standards of this establishment, whether for breakfast or regular meals.

04/02/2026: We ate by the fireplace; it's a lovely establishment and the meal was a delight. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend it; it's excellent.
28/01/2026: A unique and unusual place to discover. I even had an old oven in my room. I highly recommend this lovely establishment in the heart of the city center. The staff is charming, and the chef is a former member of Monsieur Paul's brigade. So, nothing but good things to say!
