Fantastic food, great location, and lovely, genuine people. We ate there twice during our holiday and were thrilled. There's also plenty on offer for children (painting, seesaw, boules, etc.).

We have been to La Gambille a couple of times for drinks while cycling along the canal. Today is the first day we’ve eaten. We are always impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They were very kind to our daughters and it is very much child friendly also. There is a nice relaxed vibe there if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely recommend. We have been coming to the area for the last 10 years think this is a lovely spot.

There were two families with a total of four children (between 14 and 15 years old).
We had a lovely evening together.
We had fish and burgers. The food was freshly prepared. Everyone enjoyed it very much.
We really liked the atmosphere by the river and in nature.
Driving there by car over the bridge adds a little adventure to the experience.

A simple but generally good, casual meal; not everything is homemade, but it's well-prepared and nicely presented. The setting is very pleasant, and the service is friendly and efficient.

After passing by dozens of times, we finally tried La Gambille and it was a wonderful discovery! From cocktails to desserts, including tapas, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The service was professional and friendly. We'll be back!
