26/04/2026: Easy parking, easy wheelchair access. The charcuterie board is very good, the marinated lamb is incredible. Best enjoyed on a sunny day with the terrace overlooking the canal. I wasn't a fan of the floating island dessert and witnessing the bartender being reprimanded by his manager was an awkward situation that I didn't appreciate.

24/04/2026: If you want to enjoy authentic French cuisine on the Canal du Midi, with super friendly service in a fresh, modern atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We had a fantastic evening!

03/05/2026: We had lunch as a family (5 people). The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which was a real plus. All the staff were very attentive to our well-being from the beginning to the end of our meal. The amuse-bouches, the gratinated oysters, and the mixed fish platter were excellent and generous. The homemade desserts were also excellent and plentiful. Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing experience.

19/04/2026: A perfect place to enjoy a pizza or meats cooked entirely over a wood fire, a must-visit in Villeneuve les Béziers. Historic setting, friendly staff and owner – many should take note! In short, a real treat!

16/04/2026: A really friendly team, attentive to their customers. Always a kind word. Very pleasant setting on a quiet, cobbled square near a church steeple. The Camembert was excellent, and everything else was great too (homemade lasagna and pizzas). I highly recommend it!

26/04/2026: Arrived this Sunday, April 26th, at 4:40 PM. Friendly welcome. Upon checking into the room, there was a musty smell. Very hot. I turned on the air conditioning, nothing. Just hot air. I complained to reception, and the response was: "It's only hot, the air conditioning is broken! But it will be cooler tomorrow." Really? But the credit card terminal is working fine. I filled the bathtub to cool off. After 10 minutes, half the water was gone. The plug is completely worn out. The credit card terminal is still working. Three stars? Probably just for show. Once bitten, twice shy. Goodbye Campanile. A review is coming soon, given my profession.
